Making sure you receive The Daily Motivator with Google's Gmail service
If you use Gmail to receive your e-mail, it is very possible that some (or all) of the messages from The Daily Motivator may be incorrectly placed in your Spam folder. This is an easy problem to check and to correct. First, check your Spam folder by clicking on the Spam link in your list of folders.
If you find any of The Daily Motivator messages in your Spam folder, select each one by checking the box to the message's header, as shown below:
Then, when all The Daily Motivator messages are selected, click the Not Spam button, as shown below:
That will place The Daily Motivator messages in your inbox, and will help Gmail to know that you don't want future messages from The Daily Motivator to be placed in your Spam folder. To further ensure that The Daily Motivator messages are not placed in your Spam folder, you can add our sending e-mail address to your list of contacts. To do this, first click on the Contacts link below your list of mailboxes, as shown below:
This will take you to your contacts list. Click on the link to Create Contact, as shown below:
This will open the Add Contact form. On that form, for Name enter The Daily Motivator, and for Primary e-mail, enter the following e-mail address EXACTLY as shown: RMarston@greatday.com Then click the Save button. Here is an illustration showing how the form should be filled out:
After adding our e-mail address to your contact list, future messages from The Daily Motivator should be reliably delivered to you every day. |
