Always changing

In your weariness, find energy. In your disappointment, find encouragement. In the moments of despair, see the hope that is there. In the times of difficult challenge, take hold of the opportunities.

When all your options have been exhausted, focus on the positive possibilities. When you feel you just can’t go any further, that’s when it’s most important to keep on going.

When you encounter anger, offer kindness in return. When you find yourself in darkness, be a shining light. When things are at their worst, that’s the time to be your best. Take the raw energy that life deals out, whatever it may be, and turn it in a positive direction.

Make the most of the fact that life is always changing. Change it for the better.
